I am Deluxion Mohan, Founder and CEO of Nexitel and its parent brand Nexi—a future-focused technology company committed to reimagining how the world communicates, connects, and creates. Under my leadership, Nexitel is building a suite of innovative products and services across telecommunications, smart devices, and digital media—bridging technology with everyday human experiences.
My journey began not in tech, but in storytelling and the arts. I entered the film world as a self-taught actor in Refugees: Living Victims, then directed my debut short film, which won seven international film awards, earning recognition for my bold, human-centered narratives.
In 2023, I directed The Displaced—a short film shot in Ukraine that explores the psychological impact of war on children. Deeply personal and emotionally resonant, the film is set for its world premiere and stands as a powerful reminder of cinema’s role in fostering empathy and awareness.
I’ve worked alongside renowned international directors in roles ranging from assistant to associate producer. My passion for photography has also led to magazine covers and fashion campaigns—always striving to capture truth, texture, and emotion in every frame.
As an author, I recently completed Padupatchi, a Tamil autofiction novel based on my early life and the dream of building the first airplane during Sri Lanka’s civil war. Edited by Antonythasan Jesuthasan, the novel will be released in Tamil, English, and Spanish.
I am also a singer and music producer, blending narrative and rhythm into original compositions that reflect my journey, identity, and creative vision.
With a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautics and a pilot license, I’ve always believed that creation—whether in the sky, on screen, or through technology—is about freedom, discipline, and dreaming bigger.
